Welcome to SNBC AUXILIARY

The Auxiliary of the South Norwalk Boat Club is a private organization that is under the jurisdiction of the South Norwalk Boat Club, Inc. The first meeting of the Auxiliary was held on October 10, 1940 with 19 members present.  

As of October 2023, the current membership is 200+ members.

The object and purpose of this Auxiliary is for the social development and good fellowship among its members and for the good and welfare of the South Norwalk Boat Club, Inc.

To be an Auxiliary member, you must be the spouse , parent, sibling, or child of a South Norwalk Boat Club member.  Any qualifying family member is welcome to join the Auxiliary at any time. Please contact an Executive Board Member to discuss the application process.

All volunteers planning on attending the event must sign up at least 1 WEEK PRIOR to the event with the link below. We cannot accept anyone in our warehouse who has not. Group must hit the event sign up minimum 1 week prior to the event to avoid cancellation.

Quick notes for your volunteers:

Warehouse is located at 346 Main Avenue, Norwalk CT - entrance is at the double doors.

Volunteers aged 14 and up

Wear comfortable closed toe shoes and clothing as you will be working in a warehouse

Number of volunteers: Up to 30

Here are some helpful tips:

For new volunteers please first create an account HERE.   Register | Create Your Account | Galaxy digital 

Make sure to complete all of the prompts on the screen, including the waiver. If you do not complete the Qualification section, you will not be able to sign up for your event.

Then use the event link to sign up.

For new volunteers who are minors (ages 14-17), this will be a 3 step process.

First they will need to sign up for an account HERE:    Register | Create Your Account | Galaxy digital 

Then they will need to answer all of the questions including signing the waiver.

They will then be prompted to enter their parent information and email so the parent can sign the adult waiver. The minor will not be able to register without this step being completed. **Please note, the parent email tends to go to junk folder, please have them check there**

Once the parent signs the waiver, the minor will receive an email saying this step is complete.

At this point they will be able to go to the link the event link to sign up.
